The Senior Vice President and Senior Diversity Officer in the Division of Institutional Diversity and Equity (IDE) has convened an IDE Student Advisory Board . The goals of the advisory board are to: provide insight to the SVP on diversity and inclusion issues on campus impacting students; and serve as a sounding board for IDE on new or ongoing initiatives.
The membership consists of representatives nominated by student governing bodies. In addition to these representatives, other members are appointed at the discretion of the Senior Vice President.
The Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and IDE staff serve as liaisons to the board and will be present as non-voting members for all board meetings. Additional individuals from across the college may attend board meetings as invited guests.
