Paula Kostiuk

A strong advocate for transparency and trust-building, Paula is committed to implementing organizational strategies and campaigns that uphold integrity, foster open communication, and enhance community engagement. She has successfully managed and led initiatives on critical policy issues such as middle-class well-being, artificial intelligence, voting rights, climate change, healthcare, and democracy.

Paula holds an undergraduate degree in communication from George Mason University and a Master of Arts in strategic communication from American University where she researched political identity rhetoric. Before joining Dartmouth, she served as the Director of Communications Operations and Staff at the Brookings Institution, a global think tank based in Washington, D.C.
