Inclusion Champions is a cohort-based learning and development program that explores diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts. Cohort members can expect to engage in small group activities, personal reflection exercises, videos, case studies, and action planning. All cohorts engage in approximately three hours of session content a month. For in-person cohorts, monthly in-person sessions will be held on the Dartmouth campus. For Virtual Inclusion Champions, monthly sessions will consist of web-based learning with a synchronous virtual discussion each month.
