Alex Najduch

Alex has spent the last decade working in assessment, evaluation, and research within higher education. Originally from Chicago, Alex moved to New England for graduate school and has lived in Massachusetts and Vermont. In her role as Director of Assessment and Evaluation within the Division of Diversity and Equity, she focuses on compiling and interpreting data, survey creation and distribution, and affirmative action reports. She also supports the data needs of coworkers within the division.
