Nick Davis

Nick Davis is a passionate and collaborative leader who currently serves as Senior Director for Inclusive Culture within the Division of Institutional Diversity and Equity. A recent transplant to the Upper Valley from Indiana, Nick has over 10 years of experience working in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in various sectors including education, healthcare, and state government. Nick is committed to advancing the scholarship of diversity, equity, and inclusion with a particular emphasis on understanding individual and organizational biases and developing strategies to mitigate them. Nick also focuses on translating complex concepts related to diversity, equity, and inclusion into actionable practices that are accessible and inclusive. A lifelong learner, Nick holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lincoln Christian University, and an MBA from Indiana State University.
